If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)

We're sorry, but customized items & sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns/refunds of jewellery. Fragrances or liquid products where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note that if your returned item doesn't pass our quality check, the cost of returning the item back will be the customers responsibility

Please ensure you have your order confirmation email showing your order number to hand in store. Refunds cannot be actioned in store but may be exchanged up to the value of the original purchase with proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
